When inquiring about an order, please be sure to include your full name and order number (4 digits).

We ship from Miyakojima, Okinawa within 7 business days (excluding Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Pre-order items have shipping dates listed on their respective pages.

It will be shipped from a remote island in Okinawa Prefecture. It may take up to 7 days for the item to arrive after shipping.

Please order with plenty of time to spare.

A tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address, phone number, or LINE address you entered when the product was shipped.

Please check the delivery status using Japan Post's tracking service .

If there is a delay in shipping due to a typhoon or other reasons on the above shipping date, we will contact you individually, so please refrain from inquiring about shipping dates.

    If you are using a coupon code or store credit (gift card), enter the code when placing your order and click the "Apply" button to apply the code.

    ・After pressing the "Apply" button, please make sure that the discount (or balance reflected) is displayed before proceeding with the payment process.

    - Please note that we cannot apply discounts, adjust amounts, refunds, or add coupon codes after payment has been completed.

[Regarding returns and cancellations]

If a return or cancellation occurs due to customer reasons, we will refund you in the form of store credit (the balance available in our online store).

Store credit can be used towards your next order.

  • If the product is returned to our store due to reasons such as a long absence, refusal to accept delivery, or an incorrect address, your order will be cancelled .
  • We will not resend returned items.
  • After the cancellation is processed, we will issue a store credit for the amount minus the actual shipping cost and payment fee.
  • Even if the item is eligible for free shipping, the actual shipping costs incurred by our store will not be refunded .
  • If you would like to purchase the product, please place a new order and receive a store credit.
